Welcome Dr. Lindsey Hickey Our New Director of Mental Health

On June 2nd Dr. Lindsey Hickey joined us as our new Director of Mental Health Services. She has been a licensed psychologist for over 15 years and a clinical supervisor for more than 7 with experience as a clinical provider, supervisor, and assistant director and has worked in community clinics, hospitals, schools, and crisis centers.

Dr. Hickey comes to us from her position as the Administrative Director at Norton Sound Health Corporation in Alaska where she traveled to several different Alaskan-Native villages to provide behavioral health services. Prior to this role, she was the Director of Psychological Services at this same organization. She served as a psychologist in the Navy at Walter Reed National Medical Center. Dr. Hickey has also been a therapist within a school district, at a Salvation Army, and at a Crisis Center. Prior to these roles she worked in a treatment group home setting.
