Family Advocacy in Recovery
and Restoration (FARR)

 

Family Advocacy in Recovery and Restoration (FARR) provides recovery support for women who have a history or current struggle with substance use, who are age 18 or older, pregnant, and/or parenting.

FARR provides culturally appropriate, gender specific, and comprehensive services including:

  • One-on-one case management
  • Weekly peer support groups
  • Sober socials
  • Recovery maintenance support

FARR case managers assist with person-centered goals related to:

  • Recovery & mental health
  • Parenting & child development
  • Employment & education
  • Resource navigation
  • And more

There is no cost for these services. FARR is funded by the Minnesota Department of Human Services and PROOF Alliance.

FARR works in collaboration with PROOF Alliance to decrease the number of babies born exposed to substance use in-utero.

FARR is available to persons:

  • 18 years or older.
  • Currently pregnant and/or parenting.
  • Struggling with substance use.
  • Needing help building  a support network.
  • Residing in Dodge, Goodhue, Olmsted, Steele, Waseca, or Winona Counties.
There is no cost for FARR services.
