The Family Access Center (FAC) exists to provide children with opportunities for safe, conflict-free access to their loved ones. Committed to the needs of children, FAC supports their right to develop and maintain relationships with their families while protecting them from adult conflicts and other family challenges. We believe that, in most circumstances, children benefit from maintaining regular contact with their loved ones.
Services Provided:
Referral Sources:
Families may use our services through referrals from Child Protection Services, family court, civil court, or voluntary agreements.
Benefits of Using FAC:
· Custodial (Residential) Parties: Assured that children are safe and secure during visits.
· Non-Custodial (Non-residential) Parties: Opportunities to spend time with children in a neutral, supervised setting free from interruptions and new accusations.
Safety:
FAC serves numerous families with a history of familial conflict and/or domestic violence. To ensure safety, we maintain staggered arrival and departure times for all parties, enabling compliance with court-ordered parenting time or exchanges. All information remains confidential.

FAC operates as a neutral party, not providing advocacy or recommendations to courts regarding custody or parenting time. We do not conduct parenting evaluations.
By providing these essential services, FAC aims to create a supportive and secure environment for children and families, enabling healthy and stable relationships.
