Our counselors can help you move through life changes that are troubling you.
In addition to our mental health services, we offer other support for older adults who want to remain in their homes - healthy, safe, and secure. These programs include chore services, transportation, Meals on Wheels, and other support.
PEARLS, the Program to Encourage Actice, Rewarding LiveS, is designed especially to teach older adults skills they can use to stay engaged with the people and activities they enjoy.
PEARLS empowers people through behavioral techniques to actively manage depression and improve their quality of life.
