Staff Spotlight: Taylor Schueller

This month we highlight Taylor Schueller. At the end of August, she will have been with FSR for one year. She is a Youth Behavioral Health Case Manager.

Taylor grew up in Rochester and recently moved back. She enjoys spending time outside, reading, and spending time with friends and family. When asked Taylor said, “What I like best about my position is the ability to connect with families and youth to help them achieve their goals and improve mental health!”

She was recently recognized at our All Staff meeting by our POP committee for her excellent demonstration of our Principles of Partnership. Here is what her nominator said about her: "She has demonstrated a great ability to bring the system together and support our families and clients. She remains respectful and positive when the system is anxious or rushed."

Taylor is a great partner in the system and I feel so thankful for her dedication and hard work on our CIBS Cases. She demonstrates a high level of compassion with other staff members and her caseload/ their families

Taylor goes above and beyond to facilitate conversations, meetings, and the creation of next steps to keep progress moving forward.
