After a recent Employee engagement survey we were able to understand exactly how we measure up to the employee expectations. Overwhelmingly our scores were very favorable. We want to shine a spotlight on the incredible positive influence that our employees bring to Family Service Rochester every single day. Filling out our employee engagement survey is 1 tool, but our employees are invited to participate in All Staff meetings, small group breakfast meetings with the Executive Director and Director of HR, committees and small work groups to be involved in, and then truly seeing change happen. In a 2024 survey 80% of employees feel they are engaged in workplace decisions and offered opportunities to provide input on things that affect them at FSR such as benefits, compensation and polices.
