Domestic Violence Response Team (DVRT)

Full-Time

Provide child protection assessment and case management services to families where children have been within sight or sound of domestic violence. Ideal candidates will possess experience and knowledge in the field of domestic violence, as well as exhibit excellent communication skills, knowledge of community resources, and the ability to work with families of various backgrounds. Experience in child protection, directly working with diverse populations and possessing bi-lingual skills highly desirable. Father Project

Full-Time

Provide case management services targeted toward fathers in overcoming the barriers that prevent them from supporting their children economically and emotionally. Primary goal is on engaging fathers to support the father/child relationship. The position will collaborate with stakeholders and service providers to address community needs and resources while advocating for fathers to enhance parent self-sufficiency, increase protective factors, reduce risk factors for children and their families, and ultimately enrich child and family safety, well-being and stability. Ideal candidates will possess experience and knowledge in the field of social worker and employment services, excellent communication and listening skills, knowledge of community resources, and the ability to work with families of various backgrounds. School Linked Mental Health Therapist: Plainview/Elgin/Millville

Part-Time

Seeking a part-time master's level therapist to provide clinical services in the school and home settings in the Olmsted County area. This position will focus on providing trauma-informed developmentally-appropriate therapeutic interventions with children in the school setting. Candidates must be post master's degree pursuing licensure or possess a valid clinical license in Minnesota (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, LP), have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, have training/education in individual and family therapy, and have excellent verbal, written, and computer skills. Experience with diagnostic assessments, training in DC:0-5, and experience working with children in school settings is preferred. **For applicants who are not yet licensed, note that this position is provided with free clinical licensure supervision.

Father Project: Career Specialist

Join the FATHER Project team at Family Service Rochester as a Career Specialist. The Career Specialist position delivers comprehensive job placement and development services designed to optimize employment outcomes for individuals served. The primary goal is to assist fathers in achieving economic stability, resulting in improved child and family safety and well-being. This position works in collaboration with a case manager to provide integrated services to Father Project clients. Other responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, networking with local businesses for potential job placements, parenting group facilitation, coordination of father and family activities, and program outreach. Requires a bachelor's degree, knowledge of career and workforce development, and related experience to effectively work with fathers and families. Must possess effective communication skills with clients and colleagues, computer literacy, valid driver's license, and dependable transportation.
