Masters in social work, psychology or a related field and on track for clinical licensure in the State of Minnesota required. LICSW, LPCC, LMFT preferred. Children's Skills Worker

Family Service Rochester is seeking a part-time position to provide skills based training to youth, families, &/or groups within Children’s Therapeutic Support Services (CTSS). These services are designed to support a child in learning skills needed to improve their daily functioning and are provided in homes or the community. Typical hours are non-traditional, including some evenings. Position requires a bachelor’s degree in social work (or related field) and 2000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of mental health services to youth, OR a master’s degree in social work (or related field). Must possess effective communication skills with clients and colleagues, computer literacy, a valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, acceptable driving record based on agency driver’s eligibility requirements, acceptable criminal background check based on agency and Department of Human Services guidelines. Early Childhood Therapist: Headstart

This is a unique opportunity to work with children 5 years of age and under, along with their families, in a new collaborative program to support school readiness, improve family stability, and decrease mental health symptoms. Seeking a part-time master’s level therapist possessing LICSW, LP, LPCC, or LMFT, or on track for clinical licensure, to provide clinical services in a Rochester Head Start School setting. Candidate must have knowledge of early childhood development, family systems, be DC: 0-5 trained, or a plan to, and flexibility with hours. Trauma Focused trained along with an understanding of Head Start programming is highly preferred. This position will provide individual, family, and group work. Family Involvement Strategies: Program Assistant

Are you looking for a position where you are helping children and families in our community? Are you highly organized? Do you have experience with scheduling through Microsoft Outlook? If so, then we are looking for someone just like you on our Family Involvement Strategies (FIS) team.

The FIS team collaborates with family systems to assist them in developing and implementing plans in regards to safety, support, permanency and well-being for children and youth who are working with county child welfare, child protection and juvenile correction systems.
As the Program Assistant within the FIS team, you will be providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial duties to support the operations of the program. Responsibilities, include but are not limited to, handling incoming referrals, assigning FIS facilitators to meetings, maintaining filing systems, completing database entry, taking notes during family meetings, and compiling reports.

To perform assigned tasks effectively, ideal candidates will possess advanced skills in Microsoft Office and database management software, excellent problem-solving skills, highly developed organizational and analytical skills and the ability to be self-directed with minimal supervision. Requires reliable transportation and the flexibility to work days and evenings to respond to program needs.
