Social Workers

Program Supervisor- Right At Home Solutions, Volunteer Services & Disolution and Custody classes

Part-Time

Provide supervisory oversight and program management of Right at Home Solutions, Volunteer Services and Disolution and Custody classes. Right at Home Solutions’ (RAHS) primary focus is to partner with older adults providing requested services which allow them to maintain independent living. Our two programs under RAHS are Meals on Wheels and Neighbors Helping Neighbors. We utilize a volunteer service delivery model for RAHS.

Program supervisor responsibilities include: Provide strategic guidance to teams in ways that promote the company’s culture and collaborative relationships with community partners. Manage teams to effectively and efficiently achieve program results as articulated in grants, contracts, and organization plans. Ensure staff receive support, training and evaluations and develop goals that assures performance is congruent with program purpose.

A Master’s degree in a human services-related field and eligibility for licensure as a social worker in the State of Minnesota is preferred.

Education Advocate

Case management services within a collaborative early intervention program designed to assist youth who are struggling with school engagement and truancy concerns. Requires a MN Social Work license or license eligibility and knowledge of family centered case management, social work principles, and related experience to effectively work with youth and families. Must possess effective communication skills with clients and colleagues, computer literacy, a valid driver’s license, and dependable transportation.

Provide family based mental health counseling services to families in their homes utilizing a strength-based approach to assist families in building skills & confidence to manage challenges in their lives. Ideal candidate will possess experience & knowledge in the family systems model, conducting diagnostic assessments, developing treatment plans, computer skills, flexible schedule, & excellent communication skills. Must have a master’s degree (or be on track for graduation) in the human services field and be on track for clinical licensure through the State of Minnesota. Current licensure in the State of Minnesota for independent practice (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC) and bi-lingual skills highly desirable.

Mental Health Practitioner

Provide skills based training in home & community settings to youth, families, &/or groups. Ideal candidate will possess experience & knowledge in developing & implementing treatment plans, definition of rehabilitative services, excellent communication skills, & computer skills. Must have a master’s degree in one of the mental health disciplines, or is a graduate student in one of the mental health disciplines, or holds a bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science/related field and has at least 2000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of mental health services to recipients with mental illness.

Clinical Academy Coordinator

Father Project: Career Specialist

Full-Time

Career Specialist position delivers comprehensive job placement and development services designed to optimize employment outcomes for individuals served. The primary goal is to assist fathers in achieving economic stability, resulting in improved child and family safety and well-being. This position works in collaboration with a case manager to provide integrated services to Father Project clients. Other responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, parenting group facilitation, coordination of father and family activities, and program outreach. Requires a bachelor’s degree, knowledge of career and workforce development, and related experience to effectively work with fathers and families.
