Case management services within a collaborative program designed to assist in removing social and emotional challenges for families of color with children who are experiencing school attendance issues and/or behavior issues in the school or community. Requires a degree in a human services field and preferably a Minnesota Social Work license. School Linked Mental Health Therapist: Plainview/Elgin/Millville

Part-Time

Seeking a part-time master's level therapist to provide clinical services in the school and home settings in the Olmsted County area. This position will focus on providing trauma-informed developmentally-appropriate therapeutic interventions with children in the school setting. Candidates must be post master's degree pursuing licensure or possess a valid clinical license in Minnesota (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, LP), have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, have training/education in individual and family therapy, and have excellent verbal, written, and computer skills. Experience with diagnostic assessments, training in DC:0-5, and experience working with children in school settings is preferred. **For applicants who are not yet licensed, note that this position is provided with free clinical licensure supervision.

Household Helper

Part-Time

PT Flexible Days, working in Rochester, Owatonna or Blooming Prairie. General house cleaning: dusting, vacuuming, kitchens/bathrooms, mopping floors, and laundry, shopping. Perform home cleaning and maintenance tasks that enable consumer to remain living safely in their own home, and to support consumer's ability to maintain independence and assist in preventing or delaying a move to a more restricted living arrangement. Must possess physical ability and stamina to adequately perform assigned tasks in up to three different homes per day as assigned. Place-Based Program Supervisor

Full-Time

Families do better when they live in a strong community with economic mobility, employment security, and self-advocacy. As a Place-based Program Supervisor, you will support neighborhood collaborations that work to meet challenges such as poverty, unemployment, and housing instability and develop into the kind of places that allow families to reach their full potential. As a Place-Based Supervisor you would be advising a multi-agency leadership team on improving overall efficiency and effectiveness of place-based programming. Provide management and supervision within assigned program areas and across partner organizations that includes staff supervision, program development, evaluation and onboarding and coordination with collaborative partners. Further, the position insures that programming is responsive to the wants and needs of residents incorporating best practices consistent with professional standards and ethics. Masters degree in a human service field is preferred. Must have three years of professional experience, plus demonstrable competence in program management and supervision.
