How do we know if we’re successful?

We had a Diversity Audit done In 2022 and we wish to continue to measure our progress through the years.

Today, we measure workforce demographics and other data related to our diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.  But our work here isn’t done. We’re exploring more ways to measure our impact, and with it, the effect we’re having on people’s day-to-day lives.
