Family Service Rochester and Winona State University are working together to match older adults with nursing students to deliver a self-guided workbook based program FREE of charge. Mild chair and standing exercises will help you build better balance and reduce your risk of falls 10 week program. Starting September 14 Weekly one on one phone calls, in person visits, or Zoom calls.
Participants read and discuss a book with a facilitator. For those who have vision challenges or prefer an audio experience, the book will be pre-recorded by facilitator on a private channel online (detailed instructions will be given on how to access this channel). Group discussion and questions follow each chapter. Contributions for the ongoing provision of this activity is appreciated
